IceLib SDK is a .NET software development kit from Interactive Intelligence, Inc. that enables developers to build custom applications and integrations for the Customer Interaction Center (CIC) platform. It exposes managed APIs for secure, real-time access to telephony controls, multichannel interactions (voice, email, and chat), user presence and directory services, queues and workgroups, call recordings, and reporting data. With IceLib, teams can create tailored agent desktops, automate workflows, embed contact center features into existing business applications, and integrate CIC with CRM, ticketing, or other line-of-business systems. The SDK manages session connectivity and event subscriptions so applications stay synchronized with live contact center activity. It includes .NET assemblies, documentation, and sample code, and supports development in C# or VB.NET for Windows desktop and service applications.
